The Building Better Boards Series covers essential board governance topics, including roles and responsibilities, recruiting strategies, onboarding practices, leader retention, and effective meeting planning. Each session provides practical tools and insights to enhance board effectiveness and foster a positive board culture. These courses have been created to build an understanding of the skills needed lead a not-for-profit well.
