Medical Terminology is a universal language for healthcare workers.  Are you interested in pursuing a health and science career requiring the ability to communicate with medical professionals?  Students learn how to analyze individual medical word parts such as prefixes, suffixes, and word roots and the basic components of medical terms relating to the human body.  The use of medical terminology helps to describe accurately what a patient is experiencing.
