In this introductory course, we'll delve into the key components of mindfulness to enhance self-management, team dynamics, and overall life challenges. We'll focus on the two fundamental aspects of mindfulness: attention and the present moment. Central to mindfulness is the practice of directing attention to the present moment. With this awareness, we gain the power to make conscious choices.
