High-performance teams don’t happen by chance—they’re built on trust, clarity, and intentional leadership. This interactive workshop is designed for leaders, front-line managers, and HR professionals who want to strengthen their ability to create and sustain teams that deliver.

Drawing on evidence-based frameworks from Harvard Business Review, SHRM, and Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, you will:
  • Understand what high-performance teams look like and what they require to succeed.
  • Identify practical ways HR and managers can partner to support and sustain team effectiveness across functions.
  • Explore strategies leaders can immediately apply to build, maintain, and evolve high-performance teams.
  • Apply proven frameworks to your specific organizational context.
Walk away not just with insights, but with a post-workshop workbook packed with reflection prompts and exercises to continue building momentum long after the session.

Offered as a Hyflex course; students may attend classes in-person on-campus or live online via Zoom.

This class is part of the First-Time Leaders Certificate.  More information on the Certificate is available here
