Learn how to comply with various HR laws and get answers to things you have always wanted to know but were afraid to ask!  Topics covered:  compliance hierarchy and how they inter-relate (including federal law, state law, organizational policies/procedures, and identified best practices; legal concepts and mandates, including Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, and workplace harassment. 

Offered as a Hyflex course; students may attend classes in-person on-campus or live online via Zoom.
