Learn how to motivate employees with various types of formal and informal performance management tools.  Class will discuss the performance management cycle, motivation and recognition, documenting performance, aspects of total compensation, laws & regulations, job evaluation and establishing/adjusting pay.          

Offered as a Hyflex course; students may attend classes in-person on-campus or live online via Zoom.
