 This program is the first clinical class in the RMA program that trains students to perform clinical responsibilities in a medical office.

Learn to perform basic medical office clinical responsibilites. Topics include phlebotomy, pharmacology, medication administration, vital signs, EKG, workplace behavior and more.  This course prepares students for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification through National Healthcareers Association (NHA).  This is also the beginning clinical class in the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification program.  RMA test is given through the Association of Medical Technologists (AMT).   Corequisite CPR, For more information, please visit the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant website
