« back to classes page
CourseGraphic Raku is an exciting, fast firing process that produces beautiful and one-of-a-kind surfaces.  Make wheel-thrown and hand-built raku pieces and experience this unique firing technique.  On the first Saturday, we will throw and sculpt our pieces.  On the second Saturday, firing will take place.  Your work will be fired quickly, removed from the kiln red-hot and smothered with combustible materials that create beautiful crackle patterns and flashes of color in the glaze. Register early; limited enrollment. Prior basic ceramic experience IS required.
