Zentangle is an easy to learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing small, structured patterns.  It helps one relax, focus, and gain inspiration, and can be done almost anywhere without special abilities or costly supplies.  Finished Zentangle art is an unplanned abstract - unusual in that you have no idea what the result will be when you begin.  Meditative, intentional doodling, relaxing and a fun way to reduce stress.  The Zentangle method will help you discover artistic talent you never thought you had; it can enhance focus and become a self-help healing practice through meditative and repetitive strokes.
