Digital Photography (rising grades 6-9)

Do you love taking pictures?  Would you like to learn some techniques to make your photographs even better?  Topics include: an overview of the history of photography, evolution of the camera, photo composition, and editing. You will become familiar with basic photographic terms and be able to apply new techniques to your own photography. Through presentations and peer review, learn how to develop a critical eye and feel more confident in presenting your portraits to others. By the end of the week, you will have created your own portfolio!

Please read:  Bring a digital camera, charging cable/batteries, as well as a memory card and thumb drive, to take pictures home.
