If you love to watch exciting, edge-of-your-seat action scenes on stage or television and wish you knew how to perform them yourself, then this class is for you!  Learn techniques created by theatre professionals and stunt doubles.  Convince your audience that you're really engaging in combat, while all the time you are never actually getting hurt, and absolutely loving it.  This class involves aerobic exercise as well as fast-paced action and recovery.  We will explore unarmed combat fight choreography, knife combat, staff combat, and sword combat. Participants will perform stage combat routines for parents, family, and friends on Friday, including a full class choreographed fight scene for our finale! Clothes and shoes you can easily move in are required. A water bottle is recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: Ladies are welcome in class but must be willing to combat with guys during rotations.
