Using locally sourced/organic/or non-GM foods, you will learn the essentials of cooking. Each day will bring a new adventure in culinary delights: kitchen basics and snacks, breakfast, lunch, favorite foods, and baking. Through each exploration, you will become familiar with cooking methods, safety in the kitchen, eating deliciously healthy, and using different kitchen appliances. Come ready to learn – and EAT!
