MNL1 Machine Tool Practices-Milling

You pay only $233, if you qualify.  Prerequisite - Fundamentals of Fabrication, Machine Tools I & II.  This class provides an introduction to the manual milling machine.  The student will learn about each part and function of the machine, machine tool safety, the different cutting tools and cutting tool materials, as well as different milling operations and set up.  Students will be given drawings of milling projects they will make using the machining skills learned during the class.  Credentials through NIMS will be earned by successful completion of milling projects and online testing.
