CourseGraphic You pay only $133, if you qualify!  Customer Service 'soft' skills are the most sought after skill by employers posting jobs.  This class will teach you how to assess customer needs, educate customers on goods and services, meet customer needs, and provide customer support.  Training also includes credential testing to earn the National Customer Service and Sales credential, which allows you to demonstrate your skill to potential employers.  Note:  Class fee includes book.
