CourseGraphic Are you involved in, or affected by, projects or change management within an organization? Want to get more out of your project team? This day-long program covers the approaches and techniques that make project managers successful. You will leave with knowledge that is aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI), and topics will include: analyzing stakeholders, defining expectations, project deliverables, analyzing scope, developing schedules, mitigating risk, contingency planning, change control, performance reporting, communications management, project life cycle, triple constraints, and project close out.
