Learn to perform basic medical office clinical responsibilities. Topics include phlebotomy, pharmacology, medication administration, vital signs, EKG, workplace behavior, and more. This course prepares students for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification through National Healthcareers Association (NHA).
