ID : 8449
« back to classes page
This daylong course will introduce you to spin cast fishing using a variety of artificial lures and baits.  You will learn and practice casting, lure placements, and knot tying as well as bank and wade fishing.  You may also float fish from rafts or kayaks, depending on the group's abilities and interests.  You will be provided a basic spin cast rod and several artificial lures and baits for use during the week. If you wish to bring your own equipment, lures, and bait, we will send you a strongly suggested equipment list prior to the week of your class. You must bring a small fanny pack that fits around the waist to hold your tackle. No tackle boxes allowed. You will be provided, and required to wear, pdf's (life jackets) each day to keep you safe on and in the water.
