« back to classes page
Assertiveness is often mistaken for aggressiveness. In this session, we will discover how to deal with conflict and difficult people. People who have mastered the skill of assertiveness are able to greatly reduce the level of interpersonal conflict in their lives, thereby reducing a major source of stress. There are many different ways to deliver messages of 'no' and we want to choose the most appropriate one each time so that assertiveness is not mistaken for aggressiveness because there is a difference.
