Project Management Part 2: Teams & Stakeholder Communications

This interactive seminar is specifically designed for new and aspiring managers, providing essential tools and strategies for a successful transition from peer to leader.  Participants will explore unique challenges of managing former peers and how to effectively navigate these dynamics.  Drawing on insights from thought leaders and research by Patrick Lencioni, Brene Brown, Adam Grant, Muriel Wilkens and Daniel Pink, as well as research from MIT Sloan School of Management and the Center for Creative Leadership.  The seminar touches on critical topics, including: understanding team dynamics, developing effective communication skills, providing constructive feedback, mastering coaching and delegation techniques, and optimizing time management for leadership roles. The goal is to equip first-time managers with the confidence and practical skills needed to build high-performing teams and excel in their new leadership roles.

NOTE:  Project Management Part 1 is required prior to enrolling in Part 2.  This class builds on material from the Part 1 session.
