Workforce Healthcare Student Success is required for the following classes:
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Nurse Aide (CNA)
- Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Patient Service Representative (PSR) - this credential is the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)
- EKG Technician
- Medication Aide
- Patient Care Technician (PCT)
This four-hour session is designed to help you understand what you are signing up for and how to succeed in your program of choice. You will meet with the Program Manager, Fast Forward coach, and Student Success leader to better understand the commitment you are agreeing to.
Please note that this session is available in day and evening options. Choose whichever option fits your schedule best. Once you register for your selected program, you will also be enrolled in the Workforce Healthcare Student Success session.
