Phlebotomy Technician Fall 2026

The art of drawing blood is called phlebotomy and is a very delicate and intricate skill in the medical world. Phlebotomists draw blood for tests, transfusions, research, and donations.  Instruction: 68 hours. Graduates qualify for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam given by the National Healthcareers Association (NHA).


Students must complete the Healthcare Orientation prior to registering for this class. 

Class meets Monday and Wednesday - 5:30 - 9:30pm, 8/24/26 - 10/14/26

There is online work in addition to the scheduled classes/labs/zoom meetings.

Certification Exam:   Date and time TBD

Class Fee includes textbooks, online resources and one certification testing fee.
